Important: Please be sure to include the order number on the package for fastest processing.

A refund will be issued upon delivery to the credit card associated with the order. Original shipping fees associated with the order are non-refundable.

International returns must be received within 60 days of original delivery date and must be in their original condition (no strong odors, pet hair, etc.) Items that are ineligible for return due to not being in their original condition or being returned beyond our delivery window will not be refunded.
